Yes, we adopt. No place is perfect. On any given day a lot of things can go wrong for the park or the owner, or a neighbor, etc. You have to be realistic in your expectations. It when there are lots of substandard things that it gives me reason to downgrade a review.
And that's really the balance. If a lot of folks downgrade a place and for many of the same reasons, its a good place to stay away from. But when someone complains about noisy partiers but other reviews praise the place, its easy to see that the issue was probably a one time thing.
We have been using RV Park Reviews for years and have had good experiences on places that had decent ratings. And we've reviewed quite a few ourselves.
