It is likely that the new RVParkReviews site will involve some means to rate reviewers. I'm not sure if it will be "helpful points" as are used by Amazon and TripAdvisor or something else. But the intent is to give users some indication of people who have been found to be helpful and whose reviews can be trusted.
That's not to say that someone who hasn't used the site a lot can't submit an excellent review; it's just a guide to those whose reviews have been found to be consistently good.
