I would consider the review you read about that particular park to be ridiculous and not worth reading. You are entirely correct the park was correct in their recommendations/regulations. The reviewer had their head in the clouds!:E
We just observe what we see.:) We've read reviews, looked at the "W's" Woodalls gives but have found all reviewers have a different experience than we might have and in many cases one can't tell when the review was done. :E
For example...we visited a park in OH...Woodalls gave them 5 W's...it was the worst park we'd been into for ages...I'd therefore surmise the review was done many decades ago. :E
So we try to only stay at parks we've been too or have been recently recommended to us by folks we know. That is the only way to really know for certain. :C
It's not that we don't trust other folks...we realize everyone's wants, expectations, needs are from their own personal perspective. Since we are a race of humans who are all different...we're all used to and are willing to deal with a lot of different situations. To each his own!:W
And if we pull into a park we've not thoroughly checked out and we don't like it...we leave before even checking in!:B
