I use the reviews (and post reviews) quite often and, most of the time, I ignore the overall ratings but read the remarks carefully. They may be useful to me in one way or another, whether or not I agree with them. For example, 'Family-oriented' may be a positive for some but a negative for others. Knowing if there is cellular service may not be a critical factor but is useful if I know I will need it. I certainly would never give a low rating to a park because there was no cellular signal or because there is a lot of truck (or train) traffic but these are features worth mentioning, IMHO.
BTW, I have never given a bad rating, as I research my campgrounds with care.
