I went from 10.5 mpg with my current F150 Ecoboost pulling a 3500 lb Starcraft Hybrid shaped like a box, to 13.5 mpg with the same truck pulling a 4500 lb much more aerodynamic Escape fifth wheel (think Airstream). To me the profile makes a big difference.
