What were your truck heights before hitching the trailer up? What is it with the trailer hooked up without the WD bars installed and what is the final height when everything is installed and loaded? Did you follow your hitch manufacturers instructions and the ones provided by Ford? I found when I got my loaded trailer all hooked up I was within 1/2" of the stock front end height and it towed very stable. The only change I made to the truck was a month after buying it I sold the stock 18" Goodyear tires and installed Load Range E, 10 ply tires in the same size but with a little more agressive tread pattern so it actually looks like a 4x4, the wimpy Goodyear street tires just didn't cut it for me. Being able to air the tires up to 80 psi on both the truck and the trailer with Load Range E's also makes a big difference.
