I'm looking to replace the bathroom fan with a better one and was going to add a vent cover so we could run it when it rains.
Can be even more depending on the fantastic fan.
I just ordered two fantastic fans with the thermostat, but no rain sensor or remote. They were $157 each. The ultra breeze vent covers were $45 each.
