Suppose to increase airflow. We've been using the MaxAir covers and thinking about changing if can get some experiences here.

IT looks a lot larger than the Maxx air vents that I have, and have been using for the past 20 years.

THe larger area will allow extra airflow. And it looks like you can open the vent farther too. With the max air vents, I can only open the vent about 2/3 of the way, and opening farther will also increase airflow.
