mdamerall--I'm pretty sure( 99.9% ) you are wrong. The interstates don't grant you any immunity from state laws. If you're driving an interstate in Illinois with a gun and you get pulled over, the state or local cops will do it, not feds. You WILL be arrested. I know, in National parks, you are subject to the laws of the state the park is in.
