Believe Dimplex...looking for the manuals. - downtheroadExplorerFound this......Dimplex Manual
- Us_out_WestExplorer
- ScottGNomadSame one we've got!
- Us_out_WestExplorerStarting to wonder if it needs a good cleaning with all the dust we get in S. AZ.
- FulltimersExplorerIs the thermostat turning it off?
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIILOTS of issues with some of these Dimplex units. DRV replaced ours at the Factory.
- edatlantaExplorerThere is an instruction step by step on the Dimplex site to open the unit up and clean it. It collects a lot of dust due to the air it moves over time. I use high pressure air to blow it all off and the problem is solved. I have had to do this twice in 7.5 years of full time use (8 winters).
Tip: Take a picture or two of the wiring before you unplug. There aren't many to remove, but you sure want to put them back correct. - Us_out_WestExplorer

Don't think so...you can turn the thermostat wheel and nothing really happens to change anything including fan speed.
