Back in 2013/14 I stayed first in Tucson and then in my area travels I discovered Sierra Vista and the beautiful Huachuca (Waa-Choo-Kaa) Mountains and fell in love! SV is now my winter home. It's still desert but it's very different from Tucson, the best part is typically hiking doesn't require a blood sacrifice, and there's an active hiking club here full of friendly people.
