If I were you I would check if FMCA Travel Assist covers 5th wheels. You are correct, FMCA membership now allows travel trailers & 5th wheels, but I would check if they have included Travel Assist in all membership benefits before joining.
I have GS roadside assist and had one assist to inflate a flat tire due to an improperly installed TPMS sensor. My cost was $100, I was local to the tow company and the assist took all of 15 minutes. I thought my portion - $100 was high. I will switch to FMCA next year.
