As a child I ate dirt/worms/grass, shared ice cream cones with dog, licked the same lollipop my friend had, swam in the local irrigation pond and drank from a rubber garden hose.
Pot lucks are haute cuisine as far as I am concerned.
By friend and neighbor....won't eat any 'hand food' ie: food that can be held and eaten (hamburgers, tacos, burritos etc.) unless there is a knife and fork.
