Lauran same thing happened to me in a (high end) steak house in Valdosta GA. Seen a kitchen person come out of the stall and go straight back into the kitchen. I told the manager about it and her statement to me was (( What do you want me to do about it)). I told the manager I wanted her to educate her employees on the importance of personal hygiene in food preparation. She walked off in a huff.
