According to the CDC, 47.8 million people a year get sick from food poisoning, over 3,000 of them die from it.
A food-allergic reaction sends someone in America to the emergency room every three minutes.
It's not paranoia, it's not phobia, it's not funny, it's real, and it happens.
I figure it's a lot like seat-belts and air bags, I know lots of people who scoff at them, never needed them once their whole life, I see accidents weekly where they likely saved a life.
