We have tried the wireless type thermometers in Our fridge and found that the readings were inconsistent.
We must maintain a constant temperature for some medications that are critical so have switched back to a wired thermometer which works well.
What we do to keep the meds at a fairly consistent temperature is to rotate refreezable Ice Packs on a daily basis. Every morning I take out the Pack from the Meds Compartment and replace it with a frozen one from the freezer,
The theory is that the fridge operates cooler overnight due to lower night time air temperature and the Door to the fridge is closed for a longer period of time.
It works for Us!
