For those Who Monitor the Temperature in the Refridgerator

What type of Thermometer do you use and where do you place it? Also what kind of readings do you get? We have been RV'ing for a LONG time and I have NEVER been happy about the way the refrigerators...

That is also what I use and I have to monitor the frig temps to ensure DW insulin doesn't freeze. Nice unit with the min/max and current temps all displayed at the same time.
