For those Who Monitor the Temperature in the Refridgerator

What type of Thermometer do you use and where do you place it? Also what kind of readings do you get? We have been RV'ing for a LONG time and I have NEVER been happy about the way the refrigerators...

I dunno...I know that my RV fridge isn't EXACTLY like the fridge at home, but ice cubes form in the ice tray in the freezer and the milk and beer seem good and cold in the fridge.

What am I missing here?
