I think you can also pull up previous years.

- SooboyExplorerI sometimes tow a 2014 Ford F-150. I haven't weighed it, but full of fuel and with the cap + bikes, etc., I'm sure it must weigh 6500lb. Fully loaded our 2009 Honda CRV weighs in at 3900 and I sure can notice the weight difference between the two!
- Triker33ExplorerI tow a 2014 Ford built Lincoln MKS EcoBoost 3.5L 365 HP AWD that weighs in at 4,680 lb on a scale.
- jerseyjimExplorerI tow a 2011 Ford Ranger, automatic and 4WD. You must get a "transfer case neutral kit" a Ford only item. Cost me 400 bucks installed. It consists of a small orange light to tell you it is engaged....and requires one of the computers to be re-programmed.
(Blue-Ox baseplate and Roadmaster tow-bar. Magnetic lights on the roof)
No problems in 4 years, 2 coast to coast trips - smlrangerExplorerWe tow a 2014 F150 Super Crew with the 5.5' bed. Haven't put it on the scales but I can tell the difference between towing it and the 2012 Honda CRV we towed previously. We do love the F150.
We've also towed two Explorers in the past....a 2004 and a 2008. Both towed well with Ford's neutral tow gizmo installed. - SnomasExplorerI tow a 2012 Explorer, 4WD wt @ 4800#. Can't feel it and get about same gas mileage as when I towed my 04 Odyssey @ 4300#. Have about 10K mi on towing the Explorer. I have an RVi Brake system and use a chg wire to keep battery up.
- jludExplorerF150 super crew 4x4 xlt, 2.7 Eco, 5.5 box about 4,600 pounds.
- RamairExplorerWe have a 2015 Ford Taurus and it tows 4 down, just remember that you must have the 3.7l engine. The Eco boost is not flat towable. Weighs in approx. 3900 lbs.
- supercubExplorerFord Escape Hybrid. They stopped making them in 2012, I'm on my second one and have been excellent cars. For towing you just put it in neutral, parking brake off, and turn key to unlock steering wheel.
