Foreclosure RV

Since you are in WI and most RV's are in MN or IN on Cranky Ape I would start following it as it's had some really good deals on MHs. BIG difference in the size of a Class A and a B although here's a fairly small A but it has lots of problems. I like this site as you get to see what they sold for and if not what the buy it now price is.

IMHO, The likely hood of poor maintenance & abuse would be a concern in this environment. Be VERY cautious.

My concern would be if they are unable to pay for it they probably did not have the money to properly maintain it. I personally would not.
