Try turning off the 120 volt circuit breakers in the rig. Then plug into the GFCI receptacle and see if it trips. If no tripping turn on one branch circuit breaker at a time and see which one causes the problem.
If it trips with the circuit breakers all off, inspect the shore power cord body for signs of green corrosion around the blades and the rubber. This could indicate corrosion inside the cord body and is in need of replacement.
