I remember WTTCS aka Wacky Tacky Traveling Circus Show. He used to post a lot in ATC until they cut out all religious postings. He definitely had an opinion on things.

How about "rockportrocket" AKA "WTTCS" . I have not seen a post from him for a very long time.

Go to ATC and look at the first 5 or 10 pages of "Friends from The OOPS thread".
NC Hauler and I are about the only ones out of that whole bunch that are still posting. Most of them haven't been heard from for a long time. I suspect that some (if not many) of them are no longer among the living.
Yes, I'm too lazy to post the list of screen names.

Forum members come and go. Some re-register under a new alias for whatever reason. I had to when I had been away from this site for a period of time and had forgotten my log-on name and password.

It's always great to read of new ideas and fresh info from new members and sometimes other web based social media is better suited for some old hands.

Like a walk down memory lane.

I always enjoyed Francesca Knowles' "cooking" for the entertainment factor.

I always liked Mousefarts posts. I believe he still posts, just under a different name.

Remember Rubiranch? He drove an old ford and pulled an old trailer. I think he eventually had a run in with a moderator or two and decided to quit posting.

Sooperduty formerly FordSooperDuty and before that FordSooperDootyDieselSmoker. My guess is he's still on here just under a different name that doesn't contain Sooper in it.

LAdams, yep I miss his posts and contributions.

Mike4947 (I think those were the numbers) moderator on the folding trailers forum. He was a fountain of knowledge and to this day I read posts that we're struggling to help with and I think "man we could use Mike4947 right about now".

Then there are a bunch of us who used to post a lot and slowed way down recently. I know for me life just got in the way and I'm reduced to mostly reading the posts and maybe only posting once every other day.

And some have passed.

Despite my profile, I have been here since 2001. I rarely comment, although I have been a bit more verbal in the past few months or so.
I've learned a ton from the contributors on the rv.net fora, for which I am ever grateful. I've also been able to pay it forward in many situations, and that has been very gratifying.

People move on; give up RVing; interests change; lifestyles change; medical and other life altering experiences come to the fore; some change their forum nicknames; others participate passively - reading without commenting; while some may feel they have shared all they have to share and anyone interested can use the search function to find answers to their queries. I'm sure there are also those who burned out on the "p1ss1ng contests".

I mean to say, there are as many reasons as there are people.
