Free Water
Got some trips planned that do not have water fill up ability. Need to fill up before arriving. Dont want to travel 100+ miles or more with 66 gallons of water onboard. Any suggestions where I should...

Tens of thousands of RVs have been built on the cheap and spill the water. When traveling curvy mountain roads, most of the water can be lost. Few people don't realize what the problem is. What is happening is that vent hoses are attached to the top corner of the tank and water flows out when it is tilted in that direction or sloshed to that side. Those vent hoses must either be routed up high and then down, or made to exit the coach well above water level. No, you cannot plug or valve them safely because the tank can either expand and cause severe damage, or collapse when drawing water. I fixed mine by venting up and out.
