Comparing Freedom Rv to their Tucson competition (Lazydays, Camping World and La Mesa), I'd say they are the worst. Their lot is fenced and the gates and RV's are kept locked. To get to the rv's you must enter through the sales area where you are hounded as soon as you walk in the door. Then a salesman attaches himself to you and starts with the 20 questions about you and your rv.
We finally stopped going there as we didn't like dealing with their pushy sales staff. They don't let you concentrate on what you're looking at and they certainly don't have any answers to your questions. It's no wonder they are the smallest dealer.
The other dealers don't require you to walk through the sales office and the rv's are unlocked. They will come by to check on your progress but you are free to wander the lot and look in peace.
Freedom also has the smallest service area and it's out doors, unlike Lazydays and La Mesa with huge indoor service bays.
End of the story - we nix'd the Tucson dealers and bought our Voltage in Phoenix, which was a very nice experience.
