We took a friend to Freedom last year who has very limited income. The sales team worked very hard for hours to try and find him an RV. They were friendly and appeared to have good knowledge of their products.
Even though they had some units which would meet his budget, they would not make a deal with him because his TV was not up to the job for the units he could afford. I was very impressed that they would rather skip on a deal than compromise safety. I purchased my current FW (waiting on delivery) in February from Lazy Days RV because they carry the Grand Design product line which Freedom doesn't. I had a good experience at Lazy Days too.
