Freeway RV - Midland MI.

I just wanted to share that I had a very good experience working with the Folks at Freeway RV in Midland MI. A pretty laid back group not pushy or in your face. Answered my questions or got the answers for me. They are a Flagstaff dealer as well as other products . I was really looking Flagstaff Super Lite so I didn't look at their other products. We hear the bad so let me share the good. Look up Rick at Freeway RV and give em a chance.

  • I have purchased two trailers from them over the last 10 years and both experiences went really well. The only frustration I had was not necessarily their fault. It was their warranty company that went out of business. When we purchased our first trailer we added a warranty that included a refund if it was cancelled as we tried doing when we purchased the second trailer. No refund for us, very frustrating.

Glad they changed their ways. We purchased a travel trailer there about ten years ago. When we got there to pick it up the trailer was not cleaned or prepped. We had to listen how we needed to take it as is and no refund. We stood there in their shop and watched the owner and his second in command vacuuming and washing the trailer. A few weeks later I called them to ask about fixing a few things and was told that because we were so abusive about them cleaning and prepping the trailer they would not fix anything and to take it somewhere else. I would never recommend the dealer to anyone or purchase anything from them ever again.

Wow I wonder if they changed the ownership. It was 100% different for us. Our trailer was inside and spotless the tech spent better than an hour on the walk thru. No one was rushed. I have no previous experience with then I do know they have 3 other loctions so maybe a change in ownership.
