Hi,
Replace the cold air return grill with dual window fans. That will push warm cabin air into the cavities and thaw out the lines. I operate mine from a mechanical thermostat kept near the water lines.
In my case, it has the happy effect of pushing a bit of air through the furnace duct work, too.
