Friction anti sway mount - 4 screws, 6 screws, weld?

I would use bolts and torque really tight. Only use weld if this does not work. Check it after the first trip and make sure it's still tight. Mine was bolted tight and not welded. No problem for many thousands of miles, but I did check them occasionally just to make sure.
