No kidding, mostly, about the not courteous or caring. Some are OK. My usual route is north on the 15 and it isn't any better than the 5 and it doesn't seem to matter whether I am driving my tiny Honda or my RV.
I am a native San Diegan, have lived here almost all of my 68 years. I will soon be moving northward to Chino Hills. An advantage to that move almost as great as living closer to my family is no more driving San Diego freeways.
