I wouldn't recommend adding antifreeze (even RV antifreeze) to a fresh water tank .... if you aren't going to have water in the tank, just drain it .... if you need fresh water and the tank is exposed, pick up some gallon/5 gallon jugs, fill them and store them in the camper .... wrapping the valves in something like a blanket covered with something water proof may be all you need to keep them from freezing .... you can always add a light bulb in the covered area if you need some heat .... just be sure to take precautions so as there is no chance of a fire
