I'm been a Coach-Net Premier Coach member for a few years now. I'm glad that I checked into this discussion, as it looks like they've radically changed their business model!
My renewal is due this summer. I wonder if they're going to try and up-sell me into one of their fancy new and more expensive "insurance schemes" when all I want is their same good old superb emergency road service with long towing distances, on-site tire changes using my spare, etc., etc..
Sometimes I wish companies would just leave things alone and if they started out offering a superb product or service years ago ... merely keep it up unchanged for years and years into the future ... unchanged except for reasonable price increases to account for inflation if and when there is any. :M
