Fuel Pump Hogs
I try to get into Pilots, Flying J's etc when travelling long distance. Most of these places also sell food, snacks, t-shirts etc.....my pet peeve is the bozos who leave their vehicle at the pump afte...

Never pull away from pump until you are finished paying for your transaction. I had those darn clerks clear the pump before I finished paying and then get so confused they wanted me to pay for what is on the pump from someone else.
It's not always the RV'er. You go in to pay at Flying J and I've yet to see one that had an education higher than 2nd grade. Past 4 years and I have yet to go into one that had more than one cashier or one that could string 2 words together other than being down right rude.
They leave the pump customers standing there while they are reserving showers,using the mike to call for showers,etc. When ever a trucker walks up to that counter they stop and walk over to that end and you stand and stand and stand waiting to pay for gas. :R
When I started out RV'ing I was excited to know there were gas stations that catered to RV's. Took about 4 times using Flying J before I wrote them off my list permanently.
The have the WORST RV planned fuel islands and their dual propane and gas lane all in one, that you can approach from both sides that is positioned right up against the building and car parking takes the cake as the absolute worst planning for RV access I've ever seen.
I'll push my MH to the next station for fuel before pulling into a pilot or J.
