We had that at State Line (VA / NC) a few weeks ago. Waited for a Texas car for 15 minutes. After 20 minutes we moved to an open pump. The Texas car was still there when we left after fueling up. Figure it was over 30 minutes that car was blocking that pump. At about 60 feet total, it isn't easy for us to get to a middle pump. Should have taken a picture and posted it. There were plenty of parking spots around the 'store' so it shouldn't have been a problem moving away from the pump.
