There isn't a RV salesman in the world that even knows what such a folder is, or where it is kept if he knows what it is. Sorry, that may be a little harsh, there are some good ones out there.
I've been yelled at for not having a car repaired yet when the bonehead owner night dropped it at the Buick dealer next door instead of at our Oldsmobile place. I've also had customers get in the wrong car and drive it home. In one case a stick shift instead of an automatic. Yes, I am old enough to have seen such cars. :)
I've also seen con artists check the service lot for a car so new it was probably under warranty, and present themselves for pick up and drive away with a free car. They will even pay a bill if there is one. Nicely dressed, no one even looks twice at them. This requires a bigger dealership to work where the customer goes to the cashier for pick up.
The new owner in this RV case didn't buy it, he just paid for it as others have stated.
