Furnace not working...

Aside from the pressure safety switch in the propane tank, there is also a check-valve in the end of the hose connection. Turn of the tanks and allow them to reset. Also, disconnect the hose, shake the end of the hose to loosen the check valve and re-connect. S-l-o-w-l-y turn the propane back on. This will hopefully get the gas flowing.

Another thing: If it is real cold out, the propane can freeze at the connection. High pressure going to low pressure makes things colder. Pure a large cup of hot water over the connection. Where to get hot water if you can't get gas to heat it? It is a chicken and the egg scenario for sure.

Trailers with propane cylinders do not have a shut-off solenoid activated by LP Detector.
MHs with propane tanks have that.

Actually the excess flow valve is in the hose/pigtail inside the big green ACME nut

First off doubt a 2013 RV furnace has a 'pilot'
It is a DSI (direct spark ignition) system
If you hear 'click, click, click' that is the spark electrode clicking

So that means fan has come on, got up to speed moving air, sail switch has made up (high limit switch also) otherwise spark electrode wouldn't get power to click.

You are experiencing failure of main flame.

With the stove top burners not lighting off you have a problem at propane cylinders.
As suggested close the bottle valve and then slowly open.
Open stove top burners.light them off on high and let burn then retry furnace.
Might take a few attempts for furnace until line has propane flow/pressure

IF stove top burners don't lite.....swap to other bottle (valve out one in use and valve in other bottle)
The hoses have excess flow valves in them and the one on in service bottle may be stuck closed.

Still can't get flow to stove top burners than problem is probably with regulator.

You obviously are not getting propane to the appliances. First, are you sure that the tanks have propane? If yes, then turn off the tank valves and leave turned off for 5 minutes. Then slowly, very slowly turn the tank valves back on. Both tanks should be turned on. Then test for propane at the stove and furnace. If still no propane, then there may be individual valves at each appliance that need to be turned on.

So I tried my stove and that's not working either. I know for a fact that the tank I am switched to is completely full. I don't even get the smell of propane from my stove. Any other ideas? I took a quick look at the gas lines and from what I can tell they are all intact.

light your stove for about three four min, helps get the air out of the lines, just a guess on helping. have you used the furnace before?
