I have the CheapHeat and have been using it every night as it gets cold in the PalmSprings area at night lately. Works great! Per digital readout it is drawing 22amps on each leg. Have not touched the propane tanks for months. Cook with propane and when doing back to back showers we turn on the propane water heater.
No CHEAP potentially dangerous little heaters to deal with. Set the T Stat and enjoy.
Well worth the investment.
