Why do RV Ranges still use a standing pilot light instead of DSI like ALL THE OTHER APPLIANCES?

atwood and suburbhan both make ranges/ovens with spark ignitors for the stovetop and oven.
However, I suspect it is "cheaper is better" for the mfg to not install these units
But it is easy to install a spark ignitor for the oven, do a search and you will likely find 100+ pages on it.
