Generator can only run AC with everything else off

I've have a durostar 4400 peak 3500 watt generator. It runs everything but the AC fine without any issues. To power the AC however I have to turn all of the other breakers off except for the main and ...

I myself have a problem where I cannot use the 30 amp shore power as it trips the breaker on the pedestal at every park I go to. I have been using the 50 amp with the adaptor...I also can only use my generator with the main and the A/C breakers on only.
