Generator can only run AC with everything else off

I've have a durostar 4400 peak 3500 watt generator. It runs everything but the AC fine without any issues. To power the AC however I have to turn all of the other breakers off except for the main and ...

The Amazon add claims it has a 30 amp outlet. If the AC runs fine with everything on from a 30 amp shore power connection but not from the generator the problem is in the generator. Could be a bad breaker on the generator, miss-wired, etc. problem with the generator.
