OK Kamper,
This is a machine that generates electricity the old fashioned way. That means that you not only don't need to smooth it out, but you pretty much can't.
It should run the mickeywave and the converter just fine and probably even at the same time. The A/C is another thing. The 1400/1800 means 1400 continues and 1800 surge. That could start a 13.5k BTU A/C, but it is real close. And, it won't do it with any other load.
So, if you can't try it without buying it, it is a crapshoot. Chinese stuff usually misses its rating.
