5,600 btu.. Likely not.. 13.500-1500, depends on the age of the A/C, and how recently it was serviced and a few other things like what else is always on (Converter and state of battery charge) but a 5600 BTU, most likely not.
Check the ID label on the air conditioner and find out how much power it takes, Look for a Volt-Amps rating cause that is what the genny has to push.
AND starting power can be way way higher than what's on the label. But Im guessing you need closer to 5KW if not more for that unit.
