I had a parial done on my left knee a few years ago and am very pleased. I hike, bike,golf, do physical work at a golf course. No problems.
While I appreciate your advice(I'll be 66 in June) I still think I'm going to wait. I did hours of yardwork today and knee is feeling pretty good. I got fit for a new driver and discovered I'm not as bad off as I thought. Even gained a few yards. I'm one of those rare people who walk when they play golf. I started a trend at my home club and now a lot of people are walking but the club hates me because they're losing cart rental fees.
