Whether anyone leaves or not, insurance rates will go up anyway. It doesn't matter what state is having the disaster. You won't be the lone ranger.
Bet your booty after the insurance companies get done paying for all the Houston damage ALL of our rates will go up. Car, RV, House, Boat, motorcycle insurance all of them will skyrocket.

I don't hate you. But, I disagree with you. If you could leave I think you should have. But, many people can't. Jobs, and such get in the way. My best wishes to you. It might turn out to all be fine this time But, next time it may not.
