I forgot to say, the 5th Wheel King Pin Extender was for 10" additional clearance between the truck and the trailer. This dropped the pin about 3", which required me to drop my 5th wheel plate. This had nothing to do with the the truck and trailer being level with each other.
I did get a little more trailer height with tires. The OEM tires were P215/75R15. I installed GOODYEAR MARATHON ST225/75R15D.
