As mentioned above, most extended warranties are sold by warranty/insurance companies, which allow you to take it anywhere that will accept their payment; usually you just pay your deductible and the difference in covered amount vs. actual charges. As for cancelling, most will also allow you to cancel, though they may pro-rate it for any work already done under the warranty or for any length of coverage already expired. Refer to your warranty booklet and call the warranty company for the most accurate answer....
Also, considering that you bought your trailer new a few months ago, it's likely the extended warranty has not yet covered anything that the standard factory warranty wouldn't have already covered, so I would expect that you should be able to get a full refund... Good luck.
