I'm reading this on my "smart phone" so I didn't necessarily get everything. That said, the easiest hitch to adjust IMHO is a Hensley Arrow and probably a ProPride as they are similar. You can adjust them almost on the fly. You adjust jacks at the ends of the bars to set your spring tension. To much, simply back it off. Not enough, turn a screw and increase it, done!
Anyway both are expensive but well worth the money in the end FWIW.
