Well, we were told yesterday to evacuate at 2 pm. We left in the motorhome at 11 am. Made it from Weeki wachee, Fl North to Chiefland 73 miles. It took us 6 hours to go that short distance because of bumper to bumper traffic on US 19 North.Then it stopped and barely moved at all. An hour to go 2 miles just North of Chiefland. Only saw fuel at two Marathons and that was backed up for over a mile of vehicles. We decided to turn around and come back home......We figured we would just run out of gas and be stranded on the side of the road somewhere.
Your Caddy with 20 gal in the trunk would've made it a lot further if you were really worried about it.
