- cross_countryExplorerCrowe; That was very witty. I too can appreciate your humor. (14 foot triple E)
- JagtechExplorerTriple E is built in Canada (Winkler, Manitoba) and is still in the business of building motorhomes of fairly good quality. Sadly, they stopped building Class A's a couple of years ago, but still produce B's and C's. They've certainly changed a bit in 30+ years!
Its interesting and entertaining to visit their website and watch the video of a motorhome being built.

Ford did make an industrial 3 cylinder engine, gas and diesel, starting in 1965. It was around for about 10 years.
True. But when he lifts the engine cover it reveals an inline 6.
It was indeed someone's pride and joy at one point.
I didn't watch the video close enough but, it sure looked like a I6 to me in the second I saw it.
Ford I6 engines were darned reliable too. My sister had a 70 Ford Maverick that had the 200 I6 and it ran for 150000 miles. My bother and I had a 86 F-250 farm pickup with the 300 I6 in it that ran for 200000 miles. Those 2 engines were from 2 different families but, very reliable. I bet that RV had a version of the "Big Block" I6 like the 300 we had. If it did that would have been enough power for it. Especially back in the days when it was built.
If they are giving that camper away I still now people that would take it and have it as there pride and joy. - turbojimmyExplorer

Really, I had no idea. Thanks. - K_CharlesExplorerFord did make an industrial 3 cylinder engine, gas and diesel, starting in 1965. It was around for about 10 years.
- Caveman_CharlieExplorer IIThanks for the laugh. Truthfully though I still know people camping in things like that. I also doubt that it has a 3 cylinder engine. He just made that part up.
I put it on Facebook for my friends to get a laugh out of. - JiminDenverExplorer IILong ago when we were freezing our butts off in a tent, I would have been envious.
