You live in WI. If you’re comfortable driving in the snow then I don’t see an issue. Same snow in IL and IN.
If you don’t go out in the winter much or aren’t ok towing in the snow then stay put til clear weather or spring.
Trailers still get pulled all winter. I consider it a great day if I can tow my 32’ trailer into a snow storm! Snowmobiles
