I was at a rv park on lake chatuagua NY. and to walk from my boat slip to the full hookup site was 15 min. up hill so I asked about a golf cart rental. rental was 65.00 a day which had to be from 6pm ...

As to whether the rental includes insurance I think you would be best served to ask the company you are renting from:).
